Event Information
The Honors Leadership Council's Civic Service committee is partnering with Trees Atlanta, a local environmental nonprofit that “protects and improves Atlanta’s urban forest” to host a tree planting event in Sylvan Hills on Saturday, March 29th from 8:00am to 12:30pm. Space is limited to 15 Honors Program students. Come help to sustain Atlanta’s urban forest by planting trees, digging holes, untangling roots, and more. Breakfast will be provided at 8:00am in the Honors Program office lounge, and then we will be leaving at 8:30am from West Village on a charter bus. We will be back on campus by 12:30pm.
