The Martinson Faculty Fellows Program invites dedicated educators to play a leading role in one of the university’s most impactful undergraduate learning initiatives. 

Martinson Faculty Fellows guide students through a two-semester experience that combines a foundational course with mentorship of immersive learning projects, helping students connect ideas from the classroom to meaningful real-world challenges. Fellows participate as part of a collaborative cohort committed to innovative teaching and high-impact educational practices, while receiving institutional support for their work, including course buyout funding and professional development opportunities. 

The program offers faculty the time, resources, and community to deepen their engagement with transformative teaching and to shape a signature learning experience for Georgia Tech students.
